Hector "Heck" Whittington Pair of Pintail Drake decoys 1972. He lived in Oglesby, Illinois. He began carving in 1924 and lived from 1907 to 1981. He was a Master Carver. His decoys have glass eyes. The decoys were in my father's decoy collection. He bought it from C. Moore, who was also a collector. The price on the bottom of each is what he paid in 1973. Most of Whittington's decoys were stamped with the date and his name. These have such a stamp on the bottom. (Condition: Pre-Owned)
